ERROR:- THE SOFTWARE DEBUGGING CONTEST
CONTEST RULES:-
1) Each TEAM shall consist of TWO MEMBERS.
2) The contest will be of TWO LEVELS
a) Elementary Round
b) Final Round
DETAILS OF EACH LEVEL:-
(a) ELEMENTARY ROUND:-
For this round, the duration will be 1½ hours. There will be 90 BIT TYPE QUESTIONS. The bits will be covered from programming languages like C, C++, and JAVA etc. and will also include questions on DBMS and DATA STRUCTURES.
SCORING:-
A Team is awarded 2 MARKS for a RIGHT ANSWER and -1/2 MARK for a WRONG ANSWER.
(b) FINAL ROUND:-
For this level, each selected team will be given 1or 2 programs, which consist of few bugs, the team has to identify the bugs and modify the program in order to get the exact output of the program. Time limit here would be 1hour.
Later the team will be given a chance to execute the same program. The time limit here would be 1hour.
The program will be covered from the languages like C, C++, JAVA and DATA STRUCTURES.
Based up on the efficiency of the program the marks will be awarded.
