A NATIONAL LEVEL TECHNICAL FEST
DECEMBER 28TH – 30TH, 2007.
PAPER PRESENTATIONS:- FOR FACULTY AND STUDENTS
CONTEST RULES:-
1) This event will be held separately for E. C. E. and C. S. E. papers, and for each group, the event will be conducted separately for Faculty and Students.
2) The papers may be submitted under the following topics under each group:-
ECE CSE
Image Processing Artificial Intelligence
Communications Data Mining
Micro Controllers Information Security
VLSI Design Grid Computing
Embedded Systems Network Protocols
3) The papers may be presented by students or faculty of any group, given that the paper comes under any of the topics mentioned above.
4) The papers must follow the IEEE standards, as given below:
a. Maximum of Two Authors per paper.
b. The font used should be Times New Roman with Font Size 12 and 1.5 line spacing on A4 size paper and the paper should not exceed 12 pages.
c. For oral presentation, 10 minutes shall be given and 2 minutes will be allotted for queries.
5) Each TEAM can submit ANY NUMBER OF PAPERS (Note:- A Registration fees of Rs 100/- per paper will be collected).
6) Participants for selected papers should bring Bonafide certificate from their college.
7) LCD / OHP will be provided.
IMPORTANT DATES:-
Last Date for Submission of Full Papers via Email: 20th December, 2007.
Date of Intimation of Selected Papers through Email: Before 24th December, 2007.
Last Date For Submission Of Full Papers (Hard Copy): 28th December, 2007.
