SKILLS:- THE HARDWARE DESIGNING CONTEST
CONTEST RULES:-
1) Each TEAM shall consist of TWO MEMBERS.
2) The contest will be of TWO LEVELS
a) Elementary Round
b) Final Round
DETAILS OF EACH LEVEL:-
(a) ELEMENTARY ROUND:-
In this level, the participants will be asked to design two simple circuits to meet the given specifications. The circuits must only be drawn on paper, and need not be physically built.
SCORING:-
A team may earn points on a scale of 0 to 5 for each circuit, with 5 POINTS being given if the circuit has been properly designed.
(b) FINAL ROUND:-
In this round, the selected teams will have to design one circuit to meet the specifications given. As in the Elementary Round, the circuit need not be physically built. In addition, it is required that the circuit be executed in MultiSim. And the simulated circuit must also meet the specifications given.
SCORING:-
A team may earn points on a scale of 0 to 20, with 10 POINTS allocated to the theoretical soundness of the design and the other 10 POINTS will be given based on the circuit simulated in MultiSim.
